Great western movie âś…
Audie Murphy WAS the real deal!
👍👍👍
Mitigating circumstances, at trial. 30 years hard labour.
Was a very fine story, as always Audie Murphy was very believably and excellence.
He was the real deal when it mattered.
I have seen Audie Murphy in the year about 1960 , in the movie
"To Hell and Back" . He was a great National Hero.
Why didn't Hollywood get a real Apache actor to play an Apache). ?
Even back then man were stupid enough to take women back that didnt trust them. The world never changes for men or women it seems. Other than that, it was a very good movie.
BRILHANTE!.
MAGNĂŤFICO!.
GRATA!.
SUCH UTTER STUPIDITY
Well, it was there land for several thousand years or so, give or take. Can’t hardly blame them for being a little irritated at the whit settlers.
I guess it’s kind of un-imperialistic of me, but I find myself rooting for the Apache.
Andy Murphy was the most highly decorated soldier in WWII. That’s how he got into acting in movies. He was very beloved at that time. The story goes that he tried to join the Marines but was rejected because of age, only 16. He the lied about his age and got into the army.
When all is said and done, this was a good movie. I know what you may be thinking; who am I, declining mentally into the cloud of unknowing, though not bitter, yet knowing very little. But I do know one thing, this was a good movie. Sit back, relax, partake in happiness, or not, and rest assured that you will not be disappointed.
My favorite thing with early westerns are the costars, some familiar names and some unknown names with familiar faces, some as sidekicks, bad guys, or some that always played the rotten scoundrel, like the one after Audie. This movie has a dozen familiar faces.
Write his name and read on Wikipedia, this guy was the hero of heroes.
The corporal should have been courted martial for beating his superior of captain ,from which he deserted with 40 rifles to earn money.
It is funny that Indians are killed whenever Audie Murphy shoots.
Very nice movie. Thank you for sharing!!
