You got the combat already and almost completed the first act. Keep up the good work, it is a joy to watch.
First act is event/quest heavy and requires more micromanaging then the rest of the game. Now you pretty much know everything that happens, here is another bit of advice.
Fatigue/training is really important in Act 1. Your Act 1 performance determines how much you snowball.
Every chapter market resets. Every time market resets you get 4 bottles of alcohol, 7 leather and 7 cloth. Eva also sells 1 bottle every chapter.
1. There are plot critical virtue checks (both high and low) like the one you saw with Eva but some are more critical.
2. Roll for Beer Bottle and buy every bottle of alcohol available. You need 1 bottle for Barts quest and that's it. Use the rest for fatigue recovery or in combat like you do but do not leave them in market. Alcohol is the best* fatigue recovery method but it is scarce.
3. You should start crafting in chapter 1 now you know what you need to craft for NPCs -if you intend to complete their quests-. This is optional since doing quests increases your virtue

I made a mistake yesterday in what I stated. Only the sheathes for the sergeant need to be made yourself. The bag and boots can be bought. The sheathes share nearly identical graphics with the trader bought equivalent.
Your journey in Heads Will Roll has been so cool! Watching you struggle with your first few fights to finally learning to feint/recover stamina to keep yourself safe. I think I can finally weigh in my advice without feeling too pushy about stuff you might not know. Once you get around 1K ~ 2K creation points, always consider getting Elegant Stiletto off Character Creation. This trinket lowers enemy evasion by a flat 15! That's extremely powerful in all aspects of the game. I couple this Trinket with the Knight's Symbol (Beating the Knight in the Early Siege Scene. He's a pushover once your stats are high enough.) And the other Trinket I use is Oath that grants +2 to all stats!! You can get it by just not raiding the angry peasants. Eva will give you the Trinket after the Ruffian scene. Don't take it off and enjoy the campaign on an easier mode! Thank you for your content!!
If the combat turns ever feel slow, you can speed up by holding the Ctrl key while a turn passes

Downfall and Reforged are both true hidden gems and loveletters to the classic oldschool RPGs. I spent quite some time with the game, in order to hunt for Achievements. I hope the Devs will make more DLCs for this one, because they deserve all the support they can get.
