Sadly I heard Aspheera’s voice actress, Pauline Newstone, has passed away. Although I feel like the character was a bit of a missed opportunity from a writing perspective, her performance says the character was always enjoyable. May she rest in peace
The ninja really should’ve come up with codenames before breaking into the prison. I would recommend using either the first initial of their names or their element as the codenames:
Even if a guard heard the codenames and made the connection with the original ninja, the evidence presented would be circumstantial at best. With a good enough lawyer, they could get off scot-free.
I legitimately hate Jay in these episodes and I hate that every time they lose someone they break up. I’m sorry but this season was already off to a bad start in my opinion. Plus the fight between Kai and Jay, is just stupid, but was also built up in the season trailer. For it to just be that was super disappointing.

I really wish Nya didn’t return from the ocean man. But the asphera is pretty fun this season, and in my opinion one of the best parts unironically.
