  1. Wow! I'm truly spooked. 😱 went for my blood test just yesterday!! found out I need to slightly lower mine too, and been thinking about stuff to do and try not to do, so this is incredibly perfect timing. 👍👍 I loove oatmeal too (grated apple, cinnamon and a little honey…yum!), and the idea of doing this along with you and the ER community is happy-provoking, motivating and totally awesome!!! 🥰 plus, relax and tingle factor!!! How perfect, thank you!! Oh and almonds add good fats, antioxidants, magnesium, protein…wicked good for ya 😁💐🤗😘🇮🇹 P.S. youre still eating chips but.. they're AWN the sandwich, right? 🤣😁👍👍👍

  2. I love oatmeal I have it for breakfast everyday! For winter, cooking down some cooking apples with cinnamon and having it on top of porridge with a good yoghurt tastes just like apple pie and is only second to banana porridge.

  3. From all the old eating videos of uncle E i was always wondering why he keep dropping what he gets on his spoon multiple times before shoving it.
For those are still wondering the answer is in minute 38:45

  4. Great to see another eating video. I enjoy watching them. I too love oats! A nice big spoonful of fruity jam swirled through it as well. Delicious! Thanks for the video squire!

  5. I always wondered why do Americans keep air-scooping or poking their food while they chew. Is it to create the "ultimate next bite" or just to look busy doing "something" to fill the silence?

  6. Oatmeal with fruit is by far my favourite breakfast recipe I usually use the npesta god tier oat recipe where you just take it out of the microwave once or twice to cook it slower but I’m getting ahead of myself how can you make such a mundane task feel so relaxing

  7. Hiya Uncle E! Just so you know, we have Quaker oats over here in the UK as well! Ours say microwave in 2 minutes and they come in little sachets! We have Golden syrup, plain, banana, and Apple and blueberry flavours available! They're our absolute favourites to have on a cold morning for breakfast 🥰🥰

  8. I usually eat my outmeal with bunch of different nuts, dried fruits and butter (I boil it till it has no visible water, no milk, hence the butter). It makes it really a good breakfast and I just have a box with it premixed, only gotta refill it once a month.
