Questions drivers should be asking should be can we have more choices to chose from when it comes to 401k and get with a brokerage firm instead of UBT. Also can we have a HSA instead of FSA.

I have a question, why doesn’t the company focus on making drivers happy and comfortable over profit? Build the company a little more around the driver. Pretty sure this would reduce the turnover rate.
Take away surge pay. But doesn't sound like any type of raises coming. Also would like to see more help in dispatch. Specifically weekends. Communication is difficult at times.
To the driver asking about the required fields in PN, you can save the filled out form to the drafts folder and have those pre-filled. After sending your next load call just open it in the sent folder and then save it to drafts. When you do your next load call go to the drafts folder and change the info you need and leave those required fields alone.

Why would anyone want mirror cameras, vs physical mirrors? Cameras never malfunction, right…🤨
