"Will there be turn-down service in my room? Will they leave chocolate on my pillow? Boy, your towels are sure scratchy. You need to change your towel policy. Can I check out early?"
He keeps saying he "can't believe this is happening", seriously, when you were sitting there getting drunk, got in your car and drove off, did it really not enter your mind that it was a possibility? Oh wait, that's probably because you've done it a bunch of times and obviously got away with it. Hopefully next time you go somewhere and get drunk, you'll use better sense on how to get home.
He complains more than a little girl, jesus. Just shut the fuck up already
These checkpoints are illegal.
“Handcuffs are terrible”. You know what’s really terrible? Driving drunk and killing somebody. What a baby…..
Did you hear him ask was he gonna be with the thugs? Still doesn't think he did anything wrong.
Bet he’s driven at least 500 times intoxicated in his lifetime, sure got lucky, look how long it took to catch him.
Name dropping probably won’t work.
How disgusting is that spitting, makes me heave, all those germs he's spreading, it really isn't professional at all, he's like a cowboy in a saloon.
Roflmao I know the drunk guy.
I think it should be the same rules for regular license as it is for CDL license. When it comes to drunk driving cause the results of a wreck are the same.
officer has the makings of a great voiceover career …
without the spitting 😂
This guy here needs a nice warm tall glass of (stfu)
Arrest the drunk for his misdemeanor DWI.
Then arrest each of the cops for treason on conspiring to violate the 4th Amendment rights of each and every driver on that road.
Charging this guy with attempted bribery is pure pettiness to a guy who generally cooperated and didn’t act out.
But the kind of Nazi wannabes who would conspire to violate the 4th Amendment rights of each and every driver on the road probably think of that as a compliment.
Should have offered him some Copenhagen, he would have probably let you go lol
He was so whiney!
That Officer looked a bit like Robert Patrick in the movie Terminator and just as calm
Very professional officer – a credit to all LEO
How much is this going to cost me? More than you would imagine my friend, it’s expensive both monetarily and emotionally as well as all the other little inconvenience’s, it’s also dehumanizing. Do not, and I repeat do not invite the legal system into your life if you can avoid it. I know that last statement seem like common sense but you never know what tomorrow holds.
“Are you a CDL holder, man? Like drive big rigs?”
“No.”
“I like to ask, just in case.”
“It’s like I always ask my customers where I work. I ask them about tax ID’s and stuff like that.”
prolonged, awkward silence
Statistics show people stopped for DUI have driven drunk 300 X before and just not gotten caught.
What a whimp! Drive drunk and pay the price!!!
Your in Arkansas, they'll help you in the back of the car. 🤣
I've had a DUI, and I took it like a man. Just own your shit and be done with it
I like this guy. I just can't believe it this that's never happened to me before. But then I think about people that I've known that drink all the time and drove and just never got caught. When it would be very obvious to me that they were drunk
Is Ernie Witt the Alex Murdaugh of Arkansas?
Checkpoints are unconstitutional. I don't care what that one judge said that one time. they're bunk
Police are on video and they know it. Who knows how this would've went without video
BASED BASED BASED REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
He looks like a genius with that mask down around his chin.
I was over seas for 7 1/2 years in the military and was drunk. Even drank when when toing to the club on lunch break. Never drove a vehicle while stationed in Korea. Came home and never drank. I did have fathom taste for the beer, but never drank. 10 years later, That taste went away. Can't stand the taste of beer.

He whines more than a toddler up past nap time. Geez Louise grow up!
"Backwoods legit, don't take no sh*t. Chew tobacco, chew tobacco, chew tobacco spit"
Oww handcuff hurt! Not to being the supposed to being for comfort idiot!
That's a lie I am always cuffed in the front
"I just wish I would have stayed home." You did not have to stay home, old man. Just don't drink and drive!
It took me 30 yrs to get my 2nd drunk driving, some would say I was lucky but in reality I was unlucky cuz I continued to chug the poison for another 30 lost yrs, so after 40 yrs of drinking I finally quit, my health was rapidly going downhill @ only 55, Today I'm healthy, happy and even lost 80 pds✌️ Always remember the 4 stages of liver failure, it can take yrs OR can happen quickly!! Even in your 20s.
