  1. He keeps saying he "can't believe this is happening", seriously, when you were sitting there getting drunk, got in your car and drove off, did it really not enter your mind that it was a possibility? Oh wait, that's probably because you've done it a bunch of times and obviously got away with it. Hopefully next time you go somewhere and get drunk, you'll use better sense on how to get home.

  2. Arrest the drunk for his misdemeanor DWI.

Then arrest each of the cops for treason on conspiring to violate the 4th Amendment rights of each and every driver on that road.

  3. Charging this guy with attempted bribery is pure pettiness to a guy who generally cooperated and didn’t act out.

But the kind of Nazi wannabes who would conspire to violate the 4th Amendment rights of each and every driver on the road probably think of that as a compliment.

  4. How much is this going to cost me? More than you would imagine my friend, it’s expensive both monetarily and emotionally as well as all the other little inconvenience’s, it’s also dehumanizing. Do not, and I repeat do not invite the legal system into your life if you can avoid it. I know that last statement seem like common sense but you never know what tomorrow holds.

    “No.”
“I like to ask, just in case.”
“It’s like I always ask my customers where I work. I ask them about tax ID’s and stuff like that.”

  6. I like this guy. I just can't believe it this that's never happened to me before. But then I think about people that I've known that drink all the time and drove and just never got caught. When it would be very obvious to me that they were drunk

I did have fathom taste for the beer, but never drank. 10 years later, That taste went away. Can't stand the taste of beer.

It took me 30 yrs to get my 2nd drunk driving, some would say I was lucky but in reality I was unlucky cuz I continued to chug the poison for another 30 lost yrs, so after 40 yrs of drinking I finally quit, my health was rapidly going downhill @ only 55, Today I'm healthy, happy and even lost 80 pds✌️ Always remember the 4 stages of liver failure, it can take yrs OR can happen quickly!! Even in your 20s.
