Archaeologists In Pompeii Broke Into A Forbidden Room And Then Froze At The Sight Within

It’s almost impossible to walk through the ruins of Pompeii without being struck by a certain melancholy. Here’s a city stuck in the past, fixed in place by a layer of hardened ash that swept over it following the powerful volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The somber nature of the place is inescapable, then, and a new discovery has made it even more poignant. Archaeologists have discovered a room in the ruins — one that tells a dark and touching story.

  1. How is it a forbidden room, do you not know what the word forbidden means. Undisturbed would be a much better use of words. I don't like your video because you don't have a good enough understanding of the English language.

  2. when i was a teenager. any my dad was a scientist, and create things.
and my mom using technologies and in the team building up internet,

and it all happened in just short of time, i would say, how can anyone believe that people in the past live with no light, no water and no technology like us

They can build house, city in a mountain,
they build huge buildings, better than us.
they are connected to other countries, by?
they were human, our ancestors. certainly, they were not stupid and even more wise and intelligent than today’s people as people who neeed to strive do better than those living in comfort zone.
    i say… think about it.

    wassalam

  3. One of the volcanoes in Indonesia (Bromo) is like: Hey Vesuvius, can I teach you how to blow up the Italian mainland and the European continent to pieces? Even we can teach you to influence the whole world and there will be many victims who die. You will become a volcano that many people hate in Europe. If you learn from us, then you will always be active all the time like us who always erupt all year round.

Vesuvius : (Reading the history of Mount Tambora, Krakatoa, Toba, Samalas, Bratan, Gamkonora and all the volcanoes in Indonesia). You're crazy? It's illegal. 🥶

  4. Any emotion from the sad music or story of the slaves is destroyed by the horrible automated voice that is ruining videos on here more and more these days, If you are going to write the narration then have the compasion to actually read it yourself instead of relying on the crap automated voice.

  5. Why are you people so sad about the life of these people?? American service people sometimes live under similar circumstances. Many times, we were not allowed to eat for no reason at all. We enlisted men lived in a barracks with no electricity during hurricane Camille. NO food or electricity for over 24 hours. Training?? BS. One does not have to practice being miserable. Keep your sons at home. The military is for suckers.

  6. He left them as a lesson for you, so that you understand that the consequence of adultery is punishment from God in this world and the Hereafter. God punished them for their sins that they were committing from men having sex with each other and women with each other and with animals.

  7. The information presented here is important and interesting. But does it have to sound like it’s being read by a computer? There is no tonality at all and there are stops in very strange places. You could probably pay an archaeology student to read it and not invest much more money. The robot-like reading is very annoying.

  8. Stupid dramatist pillock.
So no video then, just a 'Ken Burns' slideshow. Reminds me of my parents dreaded slide-shows every time they returned from a holiday.
(how come you didn't use the word 'Terrifying' like most other you-tuber's who are showing us cuddly kittens?

  9. I have been to Pompeii a couple of times. I have traveled a lot and Pompeii is the most interesting place I have ever been. The first time and also on other visits, I felt I had lived there before.
In fact I know that I was a young man and I was sold as a slave at the agora. Believe it or not, it's true to me. I am sure of it. Also when I was there the first time, there appeared to be smoke coming out of Vesuvius. Perhaps it was clouds because there have been no recent eruptions.

  10. It always makes me laugh when i hear folks described as thieves and looters. The folks that owned these things are long gone, but of course the powerful people that claim to own the things are not considered thieves and looters. 😂😂😂

  11. What’s the difference between an archaeologists and a tomb robber?

    ..an education.

That’s for the archaeologists that say they “never broke in” to any room, tomb, burial site, sarcophagus etc. as soon as you move ground, rock, blocks and such, all the way down to a camel hair, to gain access to the above list to remove the dead, their secrets, their treasure/artifacts, it’s breaking in and stealing. Unless it’s simply cataloging contents and taking pictures of course. They were buried with THEIR items and nobody else’s. They (bodies) and belongings don’t need removed to be desecrated/ destroyed in some lab and their treasure/artifacts scattered to different museums to be exploited for profit and gain.

  12. I've been there. Obviously God's message is very clear. He purposely leave this as sign to us that had been huge culture of sinners been destroyed in their final act. And evidently that same group in modern format is now prevalent around the world and they're trying hard to promote/enforce/make their disgusting culture accepted and normalized. God will definitely repeat this punishment when there left to be NO ONE fighting against this overt and evil people. Do you see any rainbow or any HAPPY signs as you visit these sites…. No… Just signs of God's wrath fallen onto the sinners, those who worship their unlimited desires as they acted upon them. It happened here, then in S&G, don't you see signs that these people are surfacing again in realtime NOW, doing it overtly in public and forcing the world to make it a normal thing. I did my best to object, hope many follow suit unless you are agreeable to be included in God's wrath☝️🏳️It does not matter what your belief system is, this should be strongly opposed.

  14. We saw crews painstakingly excavating Juliana recently. I would think they would be dismayed by this clickbait headline. Pompei imparts an aura of reverence. There is so much to see, and the breadth of devastation would make even the dullest of us reflective.

  16. The robot voice is insufferable. Better to mute sound and read captions. Note to KSC: If you can't narrate, then at least find a much better digital voice reader. They exist.

  17. So can't the archeologists be considered extreme looters .. they dig up on mass what should be considered a historical mass grave site then take all of the artifacts back to some museum back room never to be seen again by anyone except a choosen few . OOH maybe a few artifacts will end up on display but the majority is locked away . For basically private eyes only to see .. sounds like looting to me .. they call people looters because they got their before they did and dug up a few artifacts and sold them to private collectors who will lock them away in some back room and only they will be able to see them .. hypocrites
