  3. If after this storm you question your faith, look at the people helping one another in the aftermath. Out of such destruction can come such beauty. The world and the residents shined after this tornado πŸŒͺ.

  4. The irony of the electric billboard that says You Could Be Home Already, in front of the tornado that cuts off to black just as the tornado passes a mile or so behind it…wow…

  5. I'm 60 retired now.
I grew up in the south. It's great to know that people still stick together and love and respect each other. To hear teen respect their elders with "yes mam and no sir! My 3 kids and 2 grandchildren were all raised to respect elders, love all people and do not see color in them. Bless these people and their towns!

  6. I was a member of an Alabama Air National Guard unit when this happened. I and many others in that unit were deployed to Iraq on this day. I remember huddling around a computer watching the live tower cam footage online. We wanted so badly to help but all we could do was watch the cleanup and recovery efforts from the other side of the world. Though not surprised, we were thankful to see so many come together and help in the aftermath to do what we all wanted to do but couldn't.
