  20. My experience playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2009 :

    TAMPA BAY IS The worst hockey market to be a player in….. Sure the weather in Florida is ok (if you like, hot and humid all the time personally, I like the seasons and being able to cool off and sleep at night without being hot and sweaty) but really being a player for the Tampa Bay Lightning is horrible. They’ve gone to three Stanley Cup finals and they won 2 cups and they are still forced to make it deep playoff runs every year and if they don’t they’re disloyal fans abandon them and they are traded to another team. There’s no loyalty or appreciation for Tampa Bay lightning player…… Their players are basically modern day slavez and Cooper is their master….. name another hockey team that is forced to go on deep playoff runs every single year without appreciation….. Tampa Bay fans are terrible and disloyal, if their team does not win a cup, they immediately trash their team and trash the sport of Hockey and refused to buy tickets. Tampa Bay fans attendance is determined by how well they play in the playoffs which is complete crap ….. also, their tickets are relatively cheap but they don’t care enough about their team or the sport of hockey. They won’t buy tickets if they don’t have a top team each year because theydon’t really like watching hockey they just like watching a team win and get in fights ….. they don’t appreciate the art of hockey they only like violent…… BAD HOCKEY MARKET IN FLORIDA……. They don’t have real fans, their fans demand that they make the playoff runs so again the Tampa Bay Lightning players are modern day slavez who are completely manipulated by Jon Cooper….. Cooper is a lawyer, who is extremely manipulative and knows how to get what he wants out of people even though it’s definitely not in the best of interest of his players only in his best interest…… he’s a liar and a manipulator ….. obviously no player wants to sacrifice their body every single year in the playoffs because they’re forced to make the playoff runs and if they don’t, they are cut off the team and their fans do not pay the price of admission. Have fun being in a wheelchair when you’re 50 and all you have to show or two Stanley Cup rings nobody cares ….. Honestly, if I was a professional hockey player, I’d rather play in a really hockey market like Chicago or Montreal who are not or do not have the best team and do not win many games, but at least they have a management staff and fans that care about their well-being. Who will show up to support them financially, even when they are not playing well….. unlike Tampa Bay, who are held hostage by their own fans and management…… That’s just a bad deal…. I would not play in a volatile market like Tampa Bay just because the weather is nice (boiling hot and humid with bugs…..) and I’ve heard many people in Tampas organization brag about how the weather is nice in Florida and this is why you should play in Florida but really it’s obviously a manipulation to get players to join your team and then they find out their fans are disloyal and management uses and abuses you…. LEAFS I STILL SUPPORT YOU IF YOU DONT WIN IM NOT LIKE A FLORIDA FAN 💙💙💙…… They have to battle every year in the playoffs and they never get a break. Your body will be destroyed by the end of your career if you’re Tampa Bay Lightning player and if you don’t realize that you’re an idiot….. NOT A 1ST CLASS TREATMENT IN TAMPA MORE LIKE FORCED LABOUR 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 GO LEAFS!!!💙💙💙💙💙
