After a few years in production, my silly vampire brainchild is here! It was originally set for a Halloween release date, but a few days late is no big deal
I made several mistakes during the creation of this MAP (why are the shadows at night almost opaque? wtf were those shading guides?) but overall I’m happy with it and I’m glad people were interested in bringing it to life.

    SPOILERS BELOW

    Q) Why did Hawkfrost MELT upon death?

    A) He's an undead creature and when he's killed his body decays instantly. It's also a gorier rendition of Dracula's disintegration at the end of Dracula (1958).

    Q) How does he not die in sunlight?

    A) Plot convenience, he just prefers to go out at night and dusk.

    Q) Will this be a series?

    A) Yes.

    Q) Why does Leafpool draw a StarClan symbol?

    A) It's a reference to the idea that, especially in early vampire fiction, vampires can be repelled by "holy" imagery. In this case, StarClan.
