  1. I thought farva was going to be cool for 10 seconds… and then it immediately went to "got a weapon? Got ID?" …. The caller made a report that puts lives in danger, and that was completely ignored.

  2. Public servants and auditors often mistake the meaning of "private" and "restricted" areas!

A public area can't be private, but it can be restricted! To be legally restricted, there must be signs, fences, locked doors, etc. A servant claiming a public area for "restricted" is NOT legal!!

Anyone being in a private area can be trespassed, by the owner, tenant, etc. for no reason.

(A cop can't trespass anyone from a private area, without the owner's, tenant's, etc. consent, and a cop can't legally solicit a trespass without a legal reason … though they very often do so!!)

A person can only be legally trespassed from a public area, that isn't restricted, aka a "publicly accessible area" when the person has committed a crime, fx. blocking doors, acting disorderly, etc.

"Privacy" in public: There are NO expectations of privacy in public or "publicly accessible areas"!

Except in restrooms, locker rooms, and alike.
