  4. There its so much rich content here to make a comment about. But I really love when Tate touched on the Russian Ruble, which its not tradeable by the way.. the Forex Exchange market does not allow to trade ruble.. yet!! it is reaching unprecedented highs. shit its crazy my dudes. It goes to show.. how this world does not make any sense. The matrix its breaking before our eyes.. We are seeing shit for what it is.

  15. guy pm the right, eventually says, my sister is trying to rent a place and the landlords say they do not rent to single moms? why would your own sister have to be trying to rent a place when you can afford to just buy her a place or rent her any place without landlords questioning her. ? I do not understand rich people…….el oh el..

  17. Lol this is a seminar on investing your dodgy money. Tate is an idiot comparing what they did to Russian oligarchs as a risk to us. The governments in western countries will never ever take your houses away, it is a safe investment unless your money is coming from dodgy places like his does

If you've geared your mortgages to 25% deposit, come the end of the mortgage term and it goes from 3% to 7%, it's not going to stack up, if you raise the rent, the tenant will either leave or miss rent payments. There is also the likelihood of negative equity. The savvy will have put down at least 40%.. worst case then is no profit, but at least it stays afloat.
