I'm thinking once Vel finds out about Cinta's war crimes, it might hurt their relationship and Mon Mothma not wanting anything to do with her. Thus Cinta seeking out Saw Gerrera to join his Partisans (as we know Saw is in season 1 thanks to the trailer). At least that's my theory, anyway.
I also don't think it's any secret that Nemik's manifesto will inspire Cassian to want to join the Rebellion after he begins to read it. Only question is, will he join the Alliance before or during the season finale?
The lack of Alien diversity in Andor just makes it feel naked at times
