  1. DUI guy. You two keep referring to this organization as City council, police Chief , law enforcement.
They have actually become an organized criminal group conspiring to commit felonies and criminal acts. RICO.
We are all programmed to give them a pass somehow.
Somehow we have been conditioned to perceive them having a Halo around them. A badge that makes them above the law. Somehow they have an air of righteousness above the sheep. 🐑

  2. Small town politics are so corrupt no matter which party is in charge. My father was solicited for a bribe to fix a building permit issue by the mayor’s brother during a city meeting in the 1950’s. This was in NJ as well. My dad got up said he was insulted about the bribe attempt and walked out of the meeting. Our contractor said FU and poured the foundation for a garage that is still there 70 years later.

  4. Truth is an absolute defense to deformation, so also that allows him to call them scumbags. Of cause the fact that it's an opinion is also a solid defense, but I would argue that it was a statement of fact that was true.

  5. We've given too much to other people's ideas of what is acceptable and what is not.
Even in the courts, the idea that we call a judge your honor is ludicrous. There is no honor in the judicial system. It's the law. That's it.
Wear certain clothes, talk a certain way. Then we have attorneys who charge people an exuberant fee to present the law and make word salad for the courts. It's a crying shame.

  6. "I sent them a demand letter and demanded they immediately lift their trespass order or we will press charges and they did that."
That tells us that they KNEW their trespass order was PURE BULLSHIT!!
Sure – it may get resolved later, but the city doesn't have to listen to his complaint TODAY…
PLUS – the mayor and police chief (Jabba the Hut) get to instill their fear of their unlimited "authority" in everybody!

  7. 😢 you are not getting it this is what 1/3 of our country is actively screaming loudly to do! They are willing to cut of their nose to spite their face to take away the rights and safety of people who don't conform to their belief systems 😢 they are ignorant of the fact that it will not stop at their intended targets and once people like me have been brutalized untill we are no longer visible those in power will need a new target to continue to fear monger and remain in power. It will not stop at the homeless, the LGBTQ, the people of color, the outspoken anti-religious etc

  8. So basically the private commercial trading companies masquerading as a judicial branch of government under the department of defense known commonly as courts as well as counties as municipalities are corrupt to the core. Nothing new here.

  9. I got arrested to swearing at a cop who swore at me first, the judge asked me if those facts were true and I said yes and he fined me 300+ dollars. That was in the far north, a thousand miles from TX.

  10. 🇬🇧 Larry really enjoyed this video & the topic with CJ its great that y’all are fighting for the 1st Amendment rights. I don’t particularly like hearing people swearing but watching CJ in that public meeting I’m saying you give it to them CJ. I’m a great supporter of what the Hales Jeremy & George & its great that what’s coming out of all this is the corruption been shown that’s going on. I got interested in watching you Larry when you started commenting on The Hales fighting for their freedom of speech & the corruption.

  11. I don't like foul language. "Vulgarity is the effort of a feeble mind to express itself forcefully."
If I brought myself to the meeting and was subjected to this language, I would be greatly annoyed with you. I wouldn't like it at all.

That's where it would end for me.

The thing is, they don't care in the least about the language itself. What they are upset about is that 1. It is directed at them. 2. They are being called out for their behavior.

Ultimately, they have their fiefdom and they will not stand for the peasants rising up against them and exposing their behavior.

Honestly though, you don't need to swear. The cutting things you said to them held no vulgarity or swear words at all. I'm willing to bet they would have arrested you if no swear word at all had escaped your lips.
