How about having your vehicle registered to an obscure or possibly intuitive buisness subsidiary of another buisness and make it really hard to actually put an owners name to the vehicle without doing all sorts of illegal information gathering of a law abiding citizen. There would be no vf way to deny they did it after they publish a report with all of the evidence there. The cop hears there is evidence that a threat was made to throw a citizen off a balcony and he tells the perpetrator to leave. WOW!!!
