Creation speaker Helmut Welke joins Donny Budinsky on Standing For Truth for an important presentation titled “Aliens, UFOs, and the Bible”. How do Bible believing Christians best understand the occurrence of UFOs and aliens? What about ancient alien theories? This presentation answers these interesting questions!
UFO researchers evidently think there are, or have been, aliens who have visited planet Earth. A growing number of people believe life on earth was seeded by ancient aliens. What about all those stories of alien abductions? This presentation will review the status of alien research and what we should really think about “alien visitors”.
“Mr. Welke is a retired engineering manager, having worked in a variety of U.S. and international assignments with a Fortune 100 company. In 2006 he was elected to the board of trustees of an international society serving the Industrial and Systems Engineering profession. He holds a U.S. patent, and is well versed in the use of science to design and manufacture advanced products. His bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering were awarded by the University of Illinois at Urbana. In 2012 he was elected a “Fellow” of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
Helmut is a member of the Creation Research Society and an ambassador for Logos Research Associates. He recently was elected president of Creation Summit, an organization that seeks to bring the truth of Creation to college campuses through seminars and organized debates. He has presented Creation Science in schools, churches and at civic organizations throughout the United States, plus France, Poland and Germany.
Helmut has been looking at the Creation-Evolution question for over 30 years, and wants young people everywhere to hear both sides of the issue.”

I would check out "unholy communion" by former MUFON chairman who exposed the faith deterent to alien abduction.
I don't know why Helmut felt the need to insist that the UFO/UAP phenomonenon is demonic. That seems like an arbitrary thing to do.
There's a guy who was named Roger Morneau, now deceased (R.I.P.), that was involved with spirit worshippers like witches and such before he become a believer himself. He said in an interview he had with a Christian couple that there was a grand plan to deceive humanity in the future with this UFO/alien stuff, a plan by Satan and his angels. He said that this was revealed by the spirit(s) they used to communicate with in the occult circles he was involved with. He was an interesting guy with an interesting life story. I recommend looking up his interviews and the documentary on him.

The earth is perfect for life but it's not for creating life.
I did a little math. Say the closest planet to us that could possibly support life is 25 light years away.
The fastest satellite ever was the Helios, sent to the sun. It buzzed along at 157,000 miles per hour (that's over 43 miles in one second!).
So, to go the 25 light years at 157,000 mph would take 105,000 years.
Distance is only one reason the panspermias are ridiculous.

I agree. I’ve never understood the gang-ho attitude towards sickle cell anemia as this big win for evolution. Malaria is terrible but so is sickle cell. So we’re supposed to believe our bodies evolved to fight malaria by giving giving an even more painful disease as a blocker.🫣

I'm currently reading "Wonders in the Sky: Unexplained Aerial Objects From Antiquity to Modern Times" by Jacgues Valle and Chris Aubeck. I found it scholarly. Perhaps your local Library may have it.
