  1. How can this place even be allowed to be operating no wonder we are losing popularity as a tourist destination. This should be shut down immediately as a business until it is all cleaned as a minimum. Where is health and safety on this. How he cant be embarrassed is beyond words.

  2. Yes the owner is in fortunately ignorant in the finance department and hotel standards, however being condescending and patronising is equally as rude, if not more so. There was no discussions on the program about direction. The new suite is sterile and cold, there's no welcome feel it's very IKEA and there needs to be compromise. The bathroom, yes, the colour of the bathroom? Cold. This woman I've never seen before and I shall not entertain this rude controlling and objectionable woman. The only thing posh is the pretend accent. As for criticising style. Try not to do it carrying a vast portmanteau in glaring red and a clashing wardrobe.

  3. He should listen to what she suggested, and perhaps stay in the kitchen and hire someone to run the whole project.
But he’s not going to do that)
