Facing a fully pigmented cornea and an unstable mature cataractous lens, we knew this would be a challenging surgery. With a precise plan, we utilized diathermy for capsulotomy and super gentle Phaco Emulsification and inserted a capsular tension ring to stabilize the capsule. The placement of an Intraocular lens was the final step in this delicate process.
