Goliath was a very strong giant. He was a very trained warrior since his early years. In the other hand David was only a young shepherd who had never been in battle with a giant before. It seemed so unfair in which David had no chance of defeating a giant. No one believe that he would win this battle. Not his friends, not his brothers, not his father and not even the King of Israel that at the time was Saul.
DAVID WENT AGAINST ALL ODDS, BECAUSE HE KNEW THAT IF GOD IS FIGHTING WITH HIM, HE WON’T LOSE THE BATTLE.
