Weather got better, and it’s time for a road trip to Rompin in Mar.
The conditions was tough, with unpredictable current flows and wind conditions. But, what that said, we still pulled through and played along with the conditions and landed some decent catches.
I would have loved to do more slow pitch jigging, but mother nature didn’t agree, so fast jigging and casting of pintails was the play.
The highlight of this trip was the surprise Marlin hook up by Noah. We all thought it was another Spanish mackerel, till it when airborne. Congratulation to Noah for landing this trophy.
