This video features a playthrough of the “Steal the Survey Data” mission in Armored Core VI. It includes the pre-mission briefing and pre- and -post-mission hangar dialogue.
This mission follows on the heels of the cargo launcher mission, and you are not given a moment to breathe. Setting aside the matter of eldritch distributed consciousnesses in the sky, you jump straight back into work for the corporations.
Something I found interesting was what Walter says to you before the mission. He sounds almost concerned, and tells you that if you’re still hearing voices, he can “make adjustments”. Obviously, this is very ominous, and I don’t trust it all; it implies that Walter has some form of access to our head, presumably due to our implants. Fortunately, Raven keeps a decent enough lid on their secrets, and Ayre remains undetected.
