About As BIG As They Get, Monster Size! – Catch And Cook

Quick run out to the reef with Fox to see if we can find some Spanish mackerel, but after a few chances we find something special. A great fish and a delicious catch and cook.

  1. Rod thanks so much for giving our Reaper Rigs a go – such a bummer the Spanish bit through the 44lb wire, must have been solid! If any of your subscribers want to know a bit more they can google us at Lure Us In – thanks again mate, really appreciate you trying them and hopefully next time the fish will stick so young Fox can land a big mackerel!

  2. Couple things man, yall have Trader Joeโ€™s, I gotta drive 2 hours to get to one but i like that green dragon sauce. Young man really learned a lot about fishing that day how you can go from really excited highs to depths of despair in a split second of the line going slack! Course he knocked it out the park in the end with a monster feed for the fam. Selling out? Your supporting local crew friends, community of fishing folks? Canโ€™t understand folks not getting behind locals. But not to be negative I always say that mess is just static noise pay it no attention. Keep talking your vids are truly the best – top shelf โ€” cheers man, Keep Fox close – wont be long heโ€™ll be taking the boat or the yak out by himself – it goes by quick. Cheers man

  7. pff. donโ€™t take it to heart mate. iโ€™d say the comments were about last weeks coral bleaching ? i note with interest that today a news story on the ABC commented that itโ€™s big, widespread and the 5 th one in 7 years. too much more and the professor said it may never come back. ahead of the curve rocket ๐Ÿ˜‰
    p.s. nice job foxy!

  9. Incredible video once again, it made me realise that thereโ€™s probably some different species you havnt targeted on the channel and maybe trying some different fishing techniques would be a great way to open up some different opportunities for videos

  10. I always thought my favourite episodes were your solo camping trips to the islands with a bit of camping, diving, fishing, cooking, "survivaling", BUT…this was such a great episode, bringing back many memories and feelings of my dad taking me fishing, teaching me to fish, and getting me involved in cooking all things seafood. I think this is 1 of my favourites…would love to see more of Fox sharing your love of fishing & feeding the Family! The picnic on the beach with Fish Tacos….โ™ฅ๐ŸคŒโ™ฅ
I guess I luckily missed any drama on the social medias…but mate, you have an amazing channel with amazing content … you worked hard to refine your crafts…both fishing and content creation! Personally I think you should ignore the haters, and promote what you want to promote….for friends, for amazing products or for sponsors who are supporting your channel! What you do takes skill and a LOT of time, so accept gladly any help sponsors offer you to support your channel and keep it your full time employment!
