  5. We all need a reminder to prioritize balance and self-care! There's a common assumption that making art is always relaxing and healing, but it's also challenging, absorbing and demanding. We know plenty of artists who paused their studio to take care of themselves and loved ones, maintain a non-art career, pursue education, along with lots of other life events. This is normal, and it's not as hard to resume making art as you think it will be. Videos like this are important, because it helps people overcome fear and hesitation when they really want to come back to art, but aren't sure they can do it!
