Welcome to Movie Shortens. When a father and son team of cattle ranchers accidentally shoot and kill a young native American man, things get “hairy”-literally. Seems the shooter swears he killed an animal that was attacking his son, but locals think it was murder over a land dispute. It becomes an X-file when evidence of a man transforming into a beastly animal is found at the scene, and the local legend states once bitten by a Manitou spirit, you change into an animal to seek revenge on those who angered you.

My favorite show of all time. I was so stoked they came back for the season 10 and 11 event
I live in Central Europe, far from what we used to call "Indians" which later I understood is a very wrong term for Native Americans, and via stories and some things that older told us, I had a very firm idea that "Manitu" is the main god in the religion of Native Americans, something like Zeus, Jupiter, Odin or Perun in respective religions, where those are main gods.
