Charity Alyse the debut author of “Other Side of The Tracks” joins me to talk about her journey in writing her first novel. It all started when she was a young girl and realized that Disney princesses and princes didn’t look like her.
She would receive her first rejection at 5 years old by her kindergarten teacher. With her mom by her side she eventually went back to writing. With the Black Lives Matters movement taking place Charity used the art of writing to share her thoughts.
