We need boring once in awhile. It gives me time to reflect and sometimes I'll go camping in my van and do nothing but relax all weekend and cook good food. Great video jason.

Get well soon , and being bored with you is really cool . I really enjoyed it , was that summer sugage ? What kind of cheese was that ? I love summer sugage , cheese , and trisrcit crackers with a spicy mustard , like spicy brown , dijon , horseradish , sweet n hot or stone ground and anything inglehoffer ( brand ) especially when I'm felling sick and lazy , or just in a rush to eat and sleep .
That stuff is delicious ! And super easy .!
Oh and I add sauerkraut too if I have it in the fridge .lol. it's delicious !

I noticed when I drive through Eugene from the west end by Walmart all the way to the hwy 58 exit, just how surreal it is when You see all the hustle and bustle then you think of where you’re destination is, in the forest with nobody for miles it’s a crazy thought! And such great opportunities we have at our access, you just have to want it and learn how to turn Down yourself.
