Great location's. I wish that Bethesda would allow us to flatten land and bulldoze all objects. The Atomic Shop is mostly camp items. They would make more money.

For the picnic pavilion I did a lore friendly build there a few years ago for DTD’s 50% build challenge. Rather than try to hide the picnic tables I incorporated everything into my build at that location. As far as enemies you will also get robots, liberators, mongrels, feral ghouls, scorched etc etc pretty much anytime you fast travel to the camp.
Thank you for sharing this! I'm humbled that one of my builds was shared! I've built at all of these spots, but truth be told, I'm really bad at sharing locations in my videos. There are so many good locations that many do not know about. I hope you will do a follow-up video with more unique spots!

The last camp at Top of the World I have seen a Sheepsquatch around there before. Still looks a decent spot to build.
