The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is a 2008 epic fantasy film based on Prince Caspian, the second published novel in C. S. Lewis’s fantasy series, The Chronicles of Narnia. It is the second in The Chronicles of Narnia film series from Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media, following The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005). The four Pevensie children return to Narnia to aid Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) in his struggle for the throne against his corrupt uncle, King Miraz (Sergio Castellitto).

You guys should watch Netflix’s “Shadow and Bone”. I think you’ll like it and know it would be fun to see how you guys react. ☺️
you three often question aslan and what his deal is. the final scene in the next film explains everything. take note of the religious factors embedded into this franchise, such as the continuous reference to humans as sons of adam and daughters of eve. cs lewis was a devout christian, and the story of narnia was heavily influenced by that
The books are light years better imho. I really like the first film, this one was always okay for me, and I really did not care for the last one,
The thumb nail. 😂😂😂😂 they did Answer dirty.
Eddie Izzard as the main mouse is bloody brilliant! If you have never watched his standup, you should. Start with the "Dressed to kill" special.
One thing the movies don't convey but the books are all allegories of the bible and Aslan is God. So if you know that, a lot of what happens and how Aslan acts then make a whole lot of sense.
I liked the movie quite a bit. But I know it was really, really expensive to make and it didn't make enough back. So it did get close to burying the franchise. Which was unfortunate. In the next one they lowered the budget and simplified the story a bit. It's a bummer they stopped making these, because it was a legitimately great franchise, or could have been. Still hoping someone picks it back up as a TV series or something? Disney Plus?
Never Ending Story! Do It!!!
Let’s take a minute to apreciate ✨EDMUND✨ like,he is just amazing, for me its the best character of the movies and the books✨🛐👌
Still gonna recommend A Silent Voice; I want to see how it grips these fellas, and the discussion afterward about the film's themes regarding communication, bullying, and self-resentment
Despite the book > film changes, this is my favorite of the three movies, so much fun.
Me waiting for them to recognize Tyrion Lannister like 😐
Always love your guys reactions!! Looking forward to the next and next!! 🙌🙌🙌
Andrew Garfield wanted to play prince Caspian but they didn't think he was good looking enough so they hired the guy who played him in the movie instead
I loved the book series and the movies growing up! Bothe the BBC and Disney movies! And also I would love to see a "never ending story" reaction!
U know what i love your tumbnail 😂
Damn, why this music so loud? I can't hear red shirt guy at all
one of my favorite movies from my childhood
Narnia is straight up the bible. Aslan is supposed to be god, hence his wishy washy motives when it comes to helping people. Lol (in all seriousness though The author of the books I believe has said this story is influenced by Christianity)
Well now guys just have to watch Stardust 2007. They will surely like it
Please stop here with narnia the third movie is soooo bad…
Sardar udham?????
loved this reaction! thank you so much, i love hearing your thoughts!
Telmarines as fictional nation was definitely interesting to observe. I always rooted for them)
Nice! These movies aren't really my cup of tea, but I think you guys should have a look at cyberpunk:edgerujnners.
I think you should watch the dubbed version, though the anime purists will probably cry about it.
Filmed in New Zealand 💜👏
To answer your question Oak, these movies were filmed in New Zealand aka home. At the beginning where the train transitioned to the beach, that place is called cathedral cove.
Just a small correction for you. Prince Caspian is the Third Book in the Chronicles of Narnia but the second movie. The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe is book two and movie one. The First Book is called The Magicians Nephew.
Both Lewis and Tolkien had a shared frustration with Shakespeare’s Macbeth, as there’s a passage that says “Macbeth shall never vanquished be, until Great Birnam wood to high Dunsinane hill Shall come against him” which hints that the trees will come alive and move – they were both frustrated that the trees didn’t actually come alive in battle but were only used as a disguise for the humans. So in retribution, Lewis had his trees come alive in Narnia and Tolkien created the Ents in LotR!
your rating is high enough and great reaction btw!, the reason why susan and peter won't be returning is that they already learned to be independent…meaning what they are experiencing and learning in the real world, they can apply it in narnia and vice versa, remember they are still at war in the real world and they are living together without their parents… sometimes it takes some ups and downs to be able to move forward and learning from your mistakes… at least that is what i learned when i watched this during it's release…the third movie will be a good one i hope you like it!
All I know is that the beach scene when they first arrive in Narnia was filmed at Cathedral Cove in the Coromandel in New Zealand ☺️ One of my fave places to visit in the summer haha
6:27 I’m pretty sure some filming (like the first film) was done in NZ (eg. the beach scene). But I think most was done in Europe – mostly in Czech Republic. But also Prague, Poland and Slovenia.
The magic horn brought them back.
The blonde dwarf is Tyrion!!! From GoT
