  1. Would love to see some personal ranking videos from you. Ranking all the games you have played or, maybe just currently play given the list of all the games you have played is HUGE. Maybe a series of ranking videos, best base building games, best survival games, best “factory” building games etc etc. You are one of the few you tubers whose opinion I trust as we seem to enjoy similar games. Thank you for what you do. I’m so glad to see your subs increasing, you deserve it!

  2. As a day one player it was very different and in some ways I miss those days yet now we have this amazing and special game that allows us as players to be what we want be it a pirate/explorer/farmer or builder and everything in-between. It's been a wild ride over the last 6 years thanks to a British Dev team that happen to be based 30 minutes from where I live in the UK.

  3. Still needs pirates on foot and things to explore on foot, like caves with threats.

Fauna needs a complete re-work, they look like kids toys still.

Combat like Fallout 4 (roughly) and quests/missions and creatures like Ark survival evolved = perfect game

also need some fun stuff like cantinas like star wars

  4. I really liked no man's sky when it came out. I didn't understand everyone's expectations, and after watching the interviews with… Sean? I never got the impression that multiplayer was supposed to exist. It was supposed to be an exploration game where you would find totally unique planets that only you had seen.

For the most part I got that.

My only issues we're the limited and identical resources on every planet that kinda ruined the whole new planet feel.

Biggest issue was i never felt the freedom of space i was expecting – I thought i could go into space, face any direction, and turn on hyperspace and hope i found something in that direction.

The charter course kinda ruined it.

Might be time to start it up again.

  5. A lot of people have a lot of nostalgia value for the update of the game that they started playing on. I'm sort of the opposite. My favourite update is always the most recent update. They just hit it out of the park with every addition. Whether an update is your personal cup of tea or not, the game only ever gets better with each one, without fail. I suppose my personal favourite additions over the years were the derelict freighters and this current update's freighter building overhaul.

  6. It seems to me that portals were in the game but nonfunctional. They didn't do anything and many players spent hours trying to figure these mysterious structures out, myself included.

I'm hoping HG will do the first 4 expeditions again. When I got my new computer, I lost a lot of progress including my expeditions and my settlement. It was up to S class. It went down to a B. Several mining bases were gone and I've had to rebuild them. Thank you Steam C.loud.

I'd like to see ship customization and air defense weapons for bases and settlements.

  7. There was definitely portals in the game from the start. They weren't multiplayer portals, but you could absolutely teleport from space station to your base, and to other stations.

  8. You do realize that when they advertised the game for release, it was said to be a multiplayer game. After almost a month after release two people FINALLY found each other (same planet and location) and could not see each other. After that hello games FINALLY admitted that it isn't really multiplayer. They have done right by giving all these updates for free. But people that followed this game since before release forever have a bad taste from these devs for lying what the game was.
