The media is overly critical of Trey. Certain players never accepted him as well. I remember in one of the games Trey got knocked down and nobody helped him up. Some even walked over him.
Sam Darnold will beat out Trey bottom line. With that said, Sam will be the step in until Brock is ready.
The running back Chase Brown out of Illinois screams Elijah Mitchell 2.0 he could definitely be picked in the 5th or 6th

The national media need generate "news", and nothing has more impact than QB controversy. Which team in the league has 2, let alone 3 QBs who can lead their team to a Championship. The gap between QB1 and QB2 in every other team is night and day, whereas the Niners have 3 QB 1's. So, I ask you, which team in NFL is best place to sustain their season if there is an injury at QB.
Trey doesn't get respect because, when he came out, he didn't set the world on fire. He needed to win that Chicago game.
