I have the 60watt OmTech, and it will put a name on a tumbler in less than 2 minutes. You definitely want good ventilation.
Laser Engraving 911 does a great job at showing how to laser in powder coat. You have to make sure air assist is shut off.

I BURST OUT LAUGHING when Garrett said that Kim just can’t say no to anything!! Flashback to the first week of November to a call we had with Kim… Garrett was in the background going over all the stuff they had to do that day. And then Kim asks THE question: “Garrett, I’m talking to Tom and Leigh Ann from Branson and they wanna know if we can do a large order of unfinished rounds for them asap?”
Hahahaha
Garrett: “well we have these craft shows coming up… how many rounds do they want?”
Kim: “uummm… TWO HUNDRED!!”
Garrett “you think we can fit that in?”
Kim: “Sure.. like… maybe if it’s 50 rounds a week for four weeks?!!!”
LMAO. But I gotta say ya certainly did knock’em all out. And we had a great Christmas Season!!
