It’s Me again! 🙂
After around a year and so I finally came back posting on here and this time I’m willing to keep it consistent.
Starting with this old beat from 2017 which is kinda my first experiment in Electronic/Melodic Chillstep genre, I didn’t have a real definition of how things properly work in production and how to actually mix and master stuff and was just putting together whatever came to my mind into notes and sounds and combining them on top of each other with basic ideas and images in my mind.
For this one i was thinking about my city, and the dark aspects of every wall and corner within it, I imagined a Dark Futuristic picture of it being drowned in Darkness and corruption and came up with the idea on the melodies and the cover art. It features a rather minor piano melody demonstrating sad and dark themes and synthesized pads and plucked sounds along with electronic drums and bass exhibiting futuristic aspects of the concept.
