This is probably too deep for this video but I gotta let it out and maybe some people will read it and get something out of it or relate to it somehow.
This is about PTSD so if you understand keep reading and if you don't keep reading anyways so you can get a better understanding of people who suffer with PTSD which I actually suffer with CPTSD myself. 7:02 I've had dreams of this before, honestly this looks just like a fragment of my dreams lmao no shit, while dreaming ill be thinking i'm around my town but at the same time there's water that cover roads and curves that I dont remember and big ass hills and lakes and ravines, quite frequently I'll get too nervous and wake up because driving your car into water in just scary when you can't see whats underneath and sometimes in my dream I will be in passenger seat with family and we go around a corner and just fly off the cliff into a ravine and yeah no survival on that and that shit shoot so much emotion through you and you wake up with it and the anxiety can be so intense there'es no way you're going back to sleep, it's kinda like a mixture of everything you have experienced in life or simply fear and it just amplifies it and appears in your dreams when you sleep. That's not even close to the worse dreams I have, my mind likes to fuck with me in my dreams, it gives me nightmares actually is what you call it, like things and people/pets in your life that you love and care for just being murdered or deing in some way right in front of you and you feel as though you can't do anything, it's like you are held down by a weight. And even though it's not happening right now it triggers all the emotions you felt when you were a kid being abused or when you were in war or some kind of accident or something. It all comes flooding back like a wall of emotions falling on top of you just like when it happened and honestly worse too. It's not even just nightmares, it's the everyday life, I have a hard time letting people just stand behind me even if its obvious they just chilling, I always eat in a corner and eat fast, if I get scared like a joke scare… I'm not gonna react the same way others might, that shit sends me to the netherworld lmao it quite literally shoots a quick dose of doom into my heart for a split second and it might result in a punch… and I stand 6 foot…. 3…. scough* 2 scough* and weigh a solid 260 pounds and I've been told I don't exacty hit like a pussy so if you scare the shit out of me I'm sorry you put yourself in tat situation but you getting a cross to the chin or somethin lmao. Sorry anyways back to my sob story lmao, another thing people might not always understand is the way someone looks at the world that suffers from PTSD of some sort is completely different than the normal golden spoon boy/girl is going to be looking at the world. A spoiled or "normal person" is gonna be looking for lazy exploits in the world and if they have a certain mental disorder they might be successful "sociopathy" but someone that has at least lived an eventful life and experienced some trauma is gonna be looking at the world as something… not completely safe, and possibly out to get them, which is arguably not the wrong way to look at it. I should probably stop here lmao.
