What was your reimbursement process with Turo when these situations happen?
Sounds fake
When a guest tells me they are a host I am extra careful and do not trust them. Same deal with people who feel the need to tell me they are good Christians.
I know lots of really good Christians and they never have to tell you.
Hosts need to keep in mind that Turo is run by business people whose priority is profit. They are NOT car people, not psychologists either.
Saimah, you should have been able to go to support and show them the aftermath and see if they will reverse the cancellation charge.
I was supposed to go the bank I got hooked on this video. It was great love it ❤️. But that those burned out tires are people having burn out competitions really really hard core making donuts or what not. I really hope you never have to go through that again. Some peeps are just so irresponsible it just makes me mad that they act like that.
I am a Turo host and we specialize in very nice classic vehicles ! We do not ever ever drop our price. Giving someone a car and opening your self up to all that liability for less than real money just is t worth it !! We keep our prices high and do less volume ! We still make the same money!!! Rather have one rental at over 200$ than two rentals at 100. It’s the same money and less work ! We have had very little issues .. it’s almost exclusively weddings and photoshoots for our little company . We love Turo ! Keep your prices high , gets rid of low quality renters ❤

Saimah, how do you deal with a client smoking marijuana in the car? They cleaned it but the smell was horrible. I lost the next client booking because of it. I reported her, but Turo said to send pics…How do you send pics of a smell? It was horrible.
yes, people burn up my tires, destroy my rims, smoke in car, burn my seat and ceiling so far 75% of my rentals have been like this.
What happens if the markets new like in New York and they are first time renters
Hi saimah I have been enjoying your videos! I am starting my Turo business and in my research phase. Question where can I find information on my market? I have done some thru Turo but not seeing much in my area. However I am 35 minutes from Sarasota airport, and 45 mins from Tampa airport. These are great options but I'm also going to get into at least one SUV for locals that are traveling for vacation outside of Florida. What is your thoughts on that?
