More than 1,000 neighbors in Marysville are putting up a fight against a new “build-to-rent” subdivision now proposed to break ground off Weaver Road. They’ve signed a petition with the city council before council members vote on a possible zoning change that would allow the project to go through on Monday.   1. A bunch of Karens only out for themselves. There is a shortage of housing and AMH is providing a solution. By stopping AMH prices just go up for everyone else. All of this meddling ang trying to prevent building is what adds unnecessary costs to homes.

  2. Good Luck- the local Politicians have probably been greased already and either way taxes will be paid on the property's so why would municipalities care what gets built.

  3. If you don’t want this going in, buy the land…simple. Oh you can’t afford it? What “right” do you have to tell someone what they can do with their land. Do they tell you what you can do with yours.

  4. Ohio repugs keep voting repugs and wonder why repug rental companies and repug train companies etc… keep F’ing up their repug state!
