Midnight meat train is one of my favorites it's so much fun and TOTALLY a product of it's time (technology wise) and the gore… Sheesh!!
Just in case you haven't been told this tidbit already; Exorcist III actually is the true sequel to the Exorcist; it was published first as a novel titled "Legion" (well worth the read, btw), and takes place shortly after the events of the Exorcist. It's also part of what's known as Blatty's "Faith" Trilogy, which includes this, The Exorcist, and the novel and film "The Ninth Configuration" aka "Twinkle Twinkle, Killer Kane".

I am one of those guys who love "Devil". The casting was just amazing.
As to Exorcist 3, it is one of those movies everyone claims to love now (and everyone allegedly hated it in the past) but I think it is rather unfortunate dull genre mix. It is never really a detective movie nor a psychological movie nor a horror movie. If you are not a fan of this exact mix and how they presented it you will be disappointed.
As a horror movie buff this guy is awesome in his reviews and has excellent recommendations, keep up the good work brother, you have my sub.

The exorcist 3 really got into my head. I read several articles about how the set was " cursed ". I really enjoyed the books too.

My bf isn’t as big in horror as I am but he is the one who introduced me to the movie devil. That was an awesome movie ! And the midnight meat train was def an awesome hidden gem that another YouTuber recc . Def will check out some of these other ones !
Malignant is a must watch horror flick that is under the radar ( thinnk it is/was on Tubi ) …. the style , build up, and plot is excellent. One of the best I have seen in recent horror.
Exorcist III is perhaps the greatest psychological thriller of all time.
12 Monkeys? Search Tubi for Trauma (2017). This movie is supposedly based on true events. It starts out really messed up. Messed up as in a father with soldiers, shooting his son up with something, yanking his pants down, and giving him a few quick start-up jerks! Then the soldiers force him to hump his mom as daddy blows her brains out with a gun. They let go of him but he just keeps humping away. Fast forward to the present with 4 young women about to go on a road trip they'll never forget. This movie earns the name Trauma!

I saw As Above, So Below in theaters also and really enjoyed it. Same with The Visit. That was good too. However my favorite from this list is Mama. It has always been my top favorite.
