    are illegally housing their undead friends and relatives in the building basement against government zombie pandemic regulations; when the duo of SWAT officers who are the main
    characters in the film clean out the basement of zombies; they run into a one-legged Christian minister who is alive and coughing from the Tear gas; they help him out
    of the basement and the Minister tells the two police officers that you (the police and military) are stronger than us (the apartment tenants) but the minister says sort of sadly
    before he leaves them
    and walks up the stairs that "they" (the undead and the zombies) will soon be stronger than you (the police and the military). The minister sees that the numbers and the pestilence favors the numbers of the undead and the zombies over the living.
