  1. People really out here playing Overwatch 2 as if it's a brand new game. It's literally only Overwatch 1 with new maps lol. Yall stopped playing overwatch 1 because it kind of died but then get hyped when they slapped a 2 on the title instead? Lol. Sorry people but yall are sheep

  2. No! Orisa needed a heavy nerf she out plays nearly every tank with her new abilities. There is no need to play doom or rein since she spins damage away and damages you with it. Takes away punch or charge from either rein and doomfist since javelin throw does better damage in total and cooldown is faster than charge and allows for range to pin someone. In comparison to a doomfist now in OW2 his damage can reach a range of 35-70 if his punch connects and hits a wall. Orisa Can do that with her javelin but it doesn't have a range of damage like punch, it does a static 100. Now they don't even boost the damage to make doomfist equal in some terms to other tanks but instead make it harder to kill an already hard orisa. Why play any tank other than dva, orisa, or Hammond? Orisa does what rein and doomfist does but better, doesn't need to worry about shielding because of her negate effect that when timed with a dva may as well be a wall of invincibility on robopush, why play roadhog or sigma if you negate crits anyways and can't get moved by either ult? And Hammond does what doomfist did in overwatch one but better as it's equivalent to how many enemies are near for temp hp buff. As a doomfist you can't gain shields nearly as much as you like. Slam can give you some shields but it gets you put into terrible positions that you can't run away from without using your punch to escape. Without an uppercut your production of shields is reduced by a third and with your use of punches needed for escaping that is another 1/3 of missed shielding opportunities, where a Hammond just needs enemies near him to get a static 100 temp hp per person. I haven't used enough junkerqueen to know her deal but in comparison to overwatch one I am having a better time playing that than this tank wise.

  3. Among my friends, I was the only one from beta 1 saying Sojourn was a very powerful hero and that she was in a good state, even strong. They would tell me I say bullshit haha. I'm a quake player, I hit headshots with railgun everyday: I was doing super good with Sojourn, too good… It was just a matter of time: now players understand more her potential and skill ceiling. She clearly has no limit, she has tons of potential if you can swap from tracking to hitscan instantly, just like in Quake 🙂

  4. what a dumb dev team oh zen gets outplayed if there up close since thats where hes weakest, well what if we give him an abilitiy to beep them back into his strength zone and 25hp. oh hes to strong hmm lets get rid of the minor health dif and keep the fact that he counters his counters when they get up close which is where they are strong.

  5. Symm is fun, im sick of reworks. Just make her left click ramp up faster and play her in clever comps. She doesnt need to fit every comp and every situation… that’s the point of overwatch!!! Stop sterilising characters.

  6. I agree with pretty much every change but I would like to see some changes to Wrecking Ball , I feel is really weak right now and doesn't offer much that other "better" tanks also can do.

  7. I think Seismic Slam has to have the slowing effect again, especially since you can no longer follow it up with that Rising Uppercut like in OW1. Or, let Doomfist's passive apply to any allies in a small radius around him to better protect them, if only slightly. I think that would be acceptable, even if you gave him both effects, since that would be more consistent but less reliable than Junker Queen's Commanding Shout.

There's obviously a limit to how strong is too strong, but I feel that with OW2 and there only being one tank, tanks need to basically be as strong as two damage characters, roughly. Tanks should be absolute behemoths who you need to focus a lot of firepower on to take them down, and when you lose them, it hurts. I think that if you actually started making tanks way too strong and then you tuned them down as if to okay "Is this challenging but fair to fight, now?", then it's the way to go. I think that we can still have barrier tanks and that can be a fun challenge in and of itself, and not every tank needs to be hyper-aggressive, but I think OW2 may be more balanced the stronger you make them.

  8. Honestly I'm disappointed in this patch notes what they gave doom it's cool and all but he's probably still going to be a little useless sadly and I was expecting a discord nerf for Zen I feel it just does way too much like where was this 40% discord when goats was a problem.

  9. I just got to play the beta last night for the first time, im a winston/doom main, and I had alot of fun. One buff I'd love for doom is if he could keep the power up on gauntlet after rocket punching for mobility, and if he only lost it after landing it on someone. Cause alot of times you block and get the power up but then need to use it to get to safety

  10. We are not that far away from October. They need to get all these reworks done and get the game balances. New players are not going to like drastic changes every few weeks while they are trying to learn the game.

  11. The main issue I have with JQ is her hitbox. It's unironically smaller than McCree. I have an easier time hitting DPS than her, that's a HUGE problem imo. Tanks are super OP in OW2 and the balance to that is that they're supposed to be extremely easy to hit for everyone. JQ isn't easy to hit. Her hitbox is only very slightly bigger than Ashe, and that's a problem.

  12. Junker Queen’s shotgun is so underwhelming, that’s what I’ve found. I regularly try to duel Hogs, even stop their heals with the axe, and they can just laugh and wait it out.

  13. I would have much rathered a cooldown for the kick or discord nerf for Zen rather than his hp. Zen is one of the least survivable supports especially in ow2 and it often feels like he needs to be coddled just to get any value.
