  2. I’ve recently been starting to have panic attacks the past couple of months out of no where just like Zane and it’s been so hard to come to terms with it since it’s been affecting me so much. I’m glad you guys are so open to talk about your experiences, it makes me feel more comfortable with what I’m going through 💖💖

  3. I agree that dairy is super addictive tbh. I cut out dairy when I was 16 for my acne and the cravings I had were insane. The only thing I eat now with dairy is chocolate lol
But I remember at that time in my life, my skin cleared up soooo much after cutting it out after about a month or 2.

  4. It’s wild to me, be 35 years old now. I feel like I’m looking at me and my friends when we were almost 30. (While watching them and others in the friend group )
I personally was overwhelmed and hyper focused on what I thought I was “supposed” to do at 30.

After years of intense anxiety (good days and bad days) .. I’ve now realized I owe it myself to live a life that I find fulfilling. Set my own goals , big or small. And continue to become a better version of myself /evolve -at my own pace.
My life battery is down to 65%, and there is no lightning cable.
    😎🤘⏳

  5. I did a clinical recently (resident here) and those memory pills (prevagen, etc) are proven bunk. It's all marketing, they're not backed by anything credible. All that stuff is the placebo effect.

  6. topics discussed: anxiety & lexapro, gut connection to mood, Andrew Huberman, Todd tanning his privates, that trucker pic of sun damage (all first 13 min). Game of Thrones spoilies

  7. Does Zane & Todd's friend know what a comedy podcast is? Very dry humor, so guessing not…. but maybe get some comedy in your life brother, will be mind blowing for you. Loved the podcast though, always a nice lighthearted watch.

  8. Stop drinking. As arrogant or simply that sound’s it’ll help forsureeee. Alcohol is so bad for us depressed and anxious people… well juts in general but you get the point 😅

  9. With my anxious / adhd brain – I’ve learned that dairy actually increases symptoms, especially when I eat dairy…. I can literally feel the anxiety building in my intestines… your guts are said to be the body’s second brain! It’s definitely all connected! Try cutting our dairy for real if you are struggling with anxiety symptoms!
