My moment of purgatory began when I was 7 and got a Joe Willie Namath jersey. Living in a household of Giants fans has always been difficult but it is a badge of honor to continue rooting for the Jets! Take it, wear it and enjoy the misery!

Greenbean, I was 11 when the Jets and Mets became champions in 1969. Got to enjoy Seaver, Jones and Agee,for the Mets. Plus Namath, Boozer, Maynard and Riggins in 1972. I have had many great memories with both teams, and too many bad ones. This past year both teams have had a year to forget. But they will eventually give us good memories, again. It come with being a fan. I used to rant, at both, at times. But it has never helped make things better. So all I, and other fans of these franchises, should control our negative emotions. After all, we'd like to live a bit longer to see that next Superbowl, or World Series. Happy New Year, all.

Before the year started Bean, you said we were OK on the OL. It is on tape. I said, we have NO OL, and we need another really good receiver. You guys talked about our great WR room, and said our OL was in good shape. We would be ok. We weren't, and I knew it. This year its about two things: Get a lot of good OL players in here, and get Adams. Period.
As for this game: I hope we lose it. It means nothing, except better draft position.
