  2. I'd argue this definition of conscience at the start is just part of the intelligence we evolved as part of solving the problem of survival. There's no point to happiness nor sadness except as reward and penalty functions.

  3. This guy has better insights and actionable advice about AI than any AI/(or related) researcher. This is because he practices Vipassana meditation unlike most if not all of the others.

  4. of course when you are a member of a cabal trying to get world control, you would say it's all a conspiracy theory… 🤣 Like his litlle WEF friends. then he says it's intellectual integrity…. HE HAS NONE

  5. 1:51:24 "Secret cabals do not have power". This is not true. Secret cabals can gain a lot of power and maintain it over the time more easy. It harder for a public entity to maintain power because where is something wrong it's blame by population. If you have power you are responsible.

  6. “.. Spiritual enslavement that we will not be able to break out of.”

•Fridman's career began at Google, where he worked on machine learning. He currently is a research scientist at MIT. (Wikipedia)

My ideas about this topic are incomplete and so I will refrain from commenting further at this time; but thank you for your work in this field.

  7. Love is a fake idea? Is that what you said? I think you are so wrong about that, Lex Fridman. You get back in there and go after it. It’s not gonna find you; you are going to find it.

  8. The more he speaks the more shock I'm in that people think he's intelligent. Obviously not wise, yet his ignorance is astounding… To think he has Klaus Schwab's ear isn't just laughable, it shows the great ignorance of the wef itself. Pathetic even.

  9. I find Harari a bit scary.
A lot of what he says is more repeating of opinion rather than fact, especially when talking about pre-history, about which there is a limited amount of data, and much is supposition. And it seems he is convinced he is right.
Also he presents his version of more recent history as factual, which it may or may not be accurate, the devil is often in the detail and history is written by the victors. I have a problem with people who have trouble in accepting they may be wrong, that they may have bias, and those who have too much power and influence. He may be a good student, good talker, good writer, good academic, but that does not mean he is always right. Fame can destroy people, they start to believe they are great, believe their PR.
Please remember Harari is just a man like anyone else and all of us have a good and evil side. He shares his opinions but he is not the Messiah, (he night be “a very naughty boy”)he may also be a valuable asset to evil people who would like to control the narrative.
He might be a nice guy, I don’t know but be careful of people who are the poster boys for the new era. They are human too, and we can all be wrong.
Well done to Lex Fridman though for his interesting guests and interviews.
