  1. No prosecution agreements / deferred prosecution agreements SHOULD ALWAYS be the go to for courts. I bend over backwards trying to set these up for as many people as I can, and it achieves the positive results of not giving a lifetime brand to offenders (thus why recidivism is the worst in the world here in the US) assuming they meet the requirements. They are monitored, given county funded rehabilitation if needed, county funded continuing education, etc.. All things needed to HELP defendants become successful members of the community, and is FAR CHEAPER in the long run on the county/state.

  2. Kind judge takes the opportunity to build her up and give her a second chance rather than breaking her down more and pushing her further down the path of crime and delinquency

  3. I love this guy. Keep it up, sir. You're doing great work. You're possibly the first person to really level with these young people in a way that they desperately need so bad. Please don't ever get weary with it, I'm sure it gets tiring at times but you really are making a difference. Thank you for being a judge that the people can respect.
