  7. Squad 4 turned up to the swimsuit competition with no mercy! Absolutely slaughtered the others.
    I'm a bit of an oddball compared to what most people seem to like, but my favorites here were Isane, Unohana, Nemu, and Nanao.
    If we're talking full cast, the Arrancar ladies sweep the top 3: Mila Rose, Tier Halibel, Neliel, followed then by Isane and Unohana.

  26. Yeah, short fillers about "slice of life" like this where characters are messing in their world or in Karakura are very enjoyable to watch~
    Just 2 exceptions about some dream, those are fun random plot fillers.

  27. The Tall woman is called Isane Kotetsu. She's 6'1½ tall.

    Apparently she is very self-conscious about her height, and did everything she could to stop growing taller.
    "Believing that the nutrient level of porridge is very low, Isane started eating porridge when she passed 170 cm in height as she did not want to get any taller. However, she did not stop until reaching 187 cm, her height being another source of frustration for her. Once, after hearing of how sleeping helps children grow, she decides to not sleep again in order to halt her growth. During a meeting of the Shinigami Women's Association, she proposes a Denreishinki sturdy enough to not break if it is dropped from a height of 2 meters, only to be told by Nanao Ise that it is not a common problem."

Unohana's was a modern take on a "really old" style of dress wear… for reference… that was the underwear/baby clothes sentoumaru from one piece was wearing… Soifong said it was childish because hers was a slightly old school swimsuit but it was pink instead of blue and did not have the name tag… Nemu had the current-ish school swimsuit…

  36. What Byakuya built was Ambassador Wakame, and Byakuya has beef with the association because they are always messing with his house and land. His mansion is full of secret passages and is where the Woman's Association meets in secret rooms. Yachiru specifically is always messing with Byakuya and rides around on a scooter in his mansion. All of this happens in the Shinigami Golden after the episodes and provides context to this episode

  37. This is the episode where you see Isane is a freaking S tier Waifu man, she got it all, AND she’s shy? It’s over man, but other then that it’s always nice to see the funny stuff like yachiru messing with ikaku lol 😂, it makes their characters deeper in a sense when you get to see that type of stuff.
