Wow! I just got done studying Ezekiel and now this month I started the Book of Daniel. My two favorite Bible people aside from Jesus are Joseph and Daniel! These two men’s devotion and trust in God amazes me! Three things stand out to me when I think of their lives, prayer, integrity and obedience. Wow! The fact that my morning study is on the book of Daniel and then I hear this message, is no accident! The Lord wants to encourage us and equip us for these end times! Alleluia. God bless you James!

I've heard that meats in Babylon may have been 1st served to, or may have been sacrificed to pagan gods before royals ate them. Daniel & friends would not have known if meats served were 1st part of pagan god worship, which would have violated God's dietary laws to the Jews. There is law, commands, statutes, ordinances, regulations, acts, decrees, etc. Various words and each word is intentionally meant for something a little different.
Statuses are connected to God’s the holy day’s that He gave to Moses and this includes the Sabbath (for Israel and those from the nations who were grafted in).
These holy days are known as Moedim (festivals) as a set of statutes. Festive. Nothing burdensome about them. Yom Kippur is pretty solemn in comparison but sobering and ends with a feast.
Do most people know this? You said you know the statutes? Can you give a lesson on them and how specifically they connect to Yeshua! Say you have a friend that is Jewish Orthodox and you tell him you know the statutes and you speak of laws without actually speaking of the holy days: He will know you aren’t going to be able to answer his questions about the messiah.

Wow thank you so much for this , God youre so intentional and this was the perfect reminder or reminders !!! I had to get off instagram bc it’s so triggering I was growing angry towards the evil in the world . Constantly posting demon this and demon that, this is demonized , Hamas this and antisemitism that….im sad and I’m frustrated by the deception and even the church that treat people like the Pharisees did. But I must remember God is sovereign and his love and light is better. Love covers a multitude of sins! And this boosted me so much, no coincidence that I’m on a TEN DAY FAST. Wow God how you confirm is real I just chose ten days bc I did,randomly (but also ty Holy Spirit😂) he’s been confirming dreams as well. I chose to stay home and praise him instead of watching football with my friends, when I saw this revelation, of this gift and I got so much more from worship and being in his presence than a sport that yes he knows I’m passionate for sports but I’m more passionate for him!!
