We're obviously a bit biased, but killer video. 😉
Just don't install the wrong apps and turn down notifications.
…By practicing posing for thumbnails?
Thank you man <3
NOO the other thumbnail was better
I've been using tip 1 since I read about it in your newsletter, it's really big game changer
This horrible addiction has captured all of the population. Unfortunately, tech has positives but also toxic negatives. It's kind of stealing many people's lives. Cheers.
Tech has ruined so many people's lives.
Smartphone is a double edged sword. Some use it productively. Most get used by it. Attention is currency.
I usually use search to find the app I need anyway so don’t even have them on the screen
Social media phone…. Brilliant.
Grey Scale is the sh*t. Pattern interrupt on home screen was also new, Kill Notifications …. "that's dangerous" but …,, Social media phone = $$ great idea, but I'll pass. Everything else I put in place before the end of the video. Great content. Subscribed.
Biggest tip that worked for me is simply to log out of social media app and don't have your password remembered by your phone.
If you want to access social media it's one extra step so often you open instagtam for example and then stare at tle login screen thinking wtf are you even doing there
I was gonna ask about that: I guess that I'm fine with all these stuff, and PLUS I'm at my cellphone detoxing era, so I guess that maybe that's why it's even more fine now? Then I just wonder that: Then what about when the time that you watch porn and jerm off? That you CAN'T accept to watch a black and white porn, right? Then you mentioned the social media phone, so I guess that you watch porn with your social media phone, right? (There's NO WAY that you don't watch porn, right?)
And btw, so if you/we ONLY use phone for utilities, then why do we need to buy a high-end phone? We can just use a low-end one, and that's enough, right? (But they look pretty ugly… so…. but I guess that that can be a good thing to STOP using if NOT necessary?)
Edit: So what about how to stop wasting SOOOOO MUCH TIME on searching porn? And also, what if I just CAN'T find a subscription that produce a specific kinda porn that I enjoy? I mean, I've saved like 60 of them already, but I still wanna see something newer and better, you know? So what do I do about that?
And also, I LOVE music SOOOOO MUCH that I wanna become a singer/producer. You said phones should JUST be your tool or whatever, but you don't use it to watch singers perform live on TV shows that they posted on YouTube? And also, YouTube is just like double edge sword for me, I guess? But what about when I wanna learn things about producing music from it or just wanna see anything that is educational? Isn't that just REALLY PAINFUL to learn? And I've already have a REALLY SERIOUS procrastinate issue. Wouldn't that just make it worse? Or I can just turn the gray scale mode off when I'm doing those things?
My guilty pleasure is Google 😂 I'm always curious and wondering, so I use Google to get my answers 😂lol
The 2 things that have helped me are keeping my phone on the other side of the room & turning off all notifications other than calls.
I do use it for an hour each night as I settle down & watch TV.
