But there is more than the corporate life that defines him. He is a Sahitya Akademi award winner author who has written four books so far and has gone to top literature festivals to share his ideas.
But, in this video, he shares his journey. How growing up in Muzaffarnagar shaped his ideas, how he cracked IIM Ahmedabad with guesswork, why he feels most IIT and IIM students lack gender sensibilities, how politics is unavoidable while creating art, and what you should definitely not do after your MBA from a top B-school.
He not only shares his interesting journey but throws sharp criticism at the present BJP government for misusing power to suppress dissent, takes a jibe at AAP, and tells why automation can be nightmarish in the Indian context.
This and a lot more in this full Konversations Cafe episode of Tanuj Solanki. Do tell us how you liked the episode and if you want us to upload longer videos like this in the future. Share it with others and like the video to help beat the YouTube algorithm.

Everything was fine until the politics kicked in. I hope to not come across political stuff on this channel again
.
Delhi "pogrom" pe wahi banda movie banata to ye Oscar ke liye nominate karne bolta😂😂 nothing can be expected from these librandu types, same old hating Hindus specially upper castes, Brahmins should leave India, reservations should be 80%, Grandaddy of appeasement and freebie culture kejriwal is "promising". Modi is no saint and needs some hard course correction but living in some utopia where socialism is one stop solution is useless. I hope you don't invite such politically loaded and ideologically prismed individuals in the future.
I don't like it when people build their whole personality around being the "political guy/girl".
I hope people can appreciate his views (even the political ones) without being dismissive. A diverse range of thoughts is what you go to bschool for, not to hear your own point of view.
Thank you for such amazing content ❣️❣️❣️❣️
Useless.
I have heard so many speakers in this stage speaking high about India's present and future .. they said that it is the best time to stay here and start a business rather than going abroad and this guy lecture us as India is failed state .. he say that India is third world country .. his opinion are too unidimensional
All credibility lost right there 39:26
Kind request – WAPAS MAT BULANA IS PESSIMISTIC AADMI KO
Absolutely love such videos which don’t just give career advice but alot of life lessons. Truly appreciate people who share their honest experiences, especially the bad ones.
I genuinely appreciate insideiim bringing various opinions into the conversation. And he dropped a very important line "to know your limits but still to stick true to urself and to speak ur mind on things that we feel a different opinion about."
That i feel is an important skill to practice. And i genuinely believe people should encourage different opinions to come out. Have the ability to see them as separate individual opinions and different from the person itself and accept what you feel is right and reject the wrong. This is fundamentally what free speech is. So kudos to insideiim. As an aspiring student of management and a corporate professional i believe its important to encourage diverse opinions.
Why is this forum being used for political views and debates? Does this channel have certain political bias as well? I am sure you discuss the questions/topics before hand and nothing is spontaneous.
Very nice , dont call him again , disliked , and reported.
Minus political thoughts, it was good to hear his views and mistakes.
NO this tag is relevant for a lifetime… In India brand name is everything. Ask them who doesn't have branded mba . Struggling for growth….
Its great that he is being honest about tukkka majority of people never tell you about that.
Great conversation and the most crucial part is that the young generation needs to read the news and be aware of what is going on in the country and the world.
