Young Seal Too Big For Rescue Net

Naude and Denzil spot a young seal entangled in a ball of fishing line. Naude moves in to try and secure the seal, but it’s too big for the rescue net, making it a bit tough. Naude manages to get it under control and cuts the seal free from the entanglement. The entanglement has not caused any major damage yet, if the seal was rescued a few days later then it would have cut deep into the seal’s skin. It’s always a relief seeing one more seal free from ocean trash. 🦭
