The wife, sister, and son of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School athletic director Chris Hixon, a Navy veteran who died trying to stop the 2018 Parkland shooting, walked up to the podium one by one to address Nikolas Cruz directly for the first time – something none of the victims’ families were not allowed to do during the trial.
“You are unfortunately living proof that evil does exist in this world,” Hixon’s son, Thomas, said. “You are going to be relegated to a name on a tombstone that no one ever visits.”

no…i do not believe everyone deserves a defense or a lawyer. Depends on what crime youve committed. This guy deserved no defense, he should of got 17 different public tortures for each victim he killed. To broadcast to the next young shooter that not only is this type of behaviour not tolerated in society, but you will not have a quick easy painless death, that it will be miserable, last a month and bo so tortuous the victim will wish he never did what he did. I don’t live in your country but I wish we wouldn’t have to pay for these killers upkeep( because they cost a lot of money ) for many years from our taxpayers money We have ours still living in Tasmania he was in his twenties when he did his crime and they built him a special jail ….I hope the families will have their closer 🇦🇺

I was about to look for further information on this case as I'm not American and don't live in the USA, but I won't.
I will stay with these statments of the family victims, because the victims and their families are those to be remembered, this crimiminal, this sicko has to have his name erased from the face of Earth.
