An intoxicated Florida man was arrested after he crashed into a fire hydrant and threatened a police officer June 1. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the driver, Frank Clement Junior, admitted to drinking and was charged with DUI, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and reckless driving. the man was in the wrong, but it is sort of shocking they were not providing him first aid. he could have a brain injury, coupled with alcohol intoxication.
