If you don't have the spruce saplings, you can bonemeal the azalea bushes on moss to grow an azalea tree, with the moss block the bush stood upon becoming rooted dirt, which you can right click with a hoe to turn into regular dirt.
when I think about it even IRL if you have lava and water (and tools) you can turn lava into terracotta as well. Teracotta is heated mud that can be heated using heat from part of the lava, mud is water with crushed stone, and lava is melted stone that can be cooled using water.
I counted the skeleton spawnpoint instead of the skeletons or bones themselves because it's useful if seeing what you need if you're going into an empty room with only certain items. Also, the furnace isn't in the required list because it can be crafted from the stone you get. Comment if I missed anything.
You have bottles… you have cauldrons… no need for kelp! The intended solution wastes your money, instead just place your water, bottle it, put it in a cauldron and boom infinite water.
Ken he turn water wine tho

Terracotta at home:
I love how he doesn't even build a goofy escape room for this trick, he just leans into the silliness
